How do I track my order status?
You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:
Go to header menu and click the button "Track Order".
- Enter your order number
- Press “Track” to process
Alternatively, a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION is sent to the email address you have registered in the website upon placing your order. The email contains tracking link where you could check the status of your order.
When will my order ship?
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill/process your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 25 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
What if i didn't receive my order after 5 to 25 business days from the moment of getting the shipment notification?
No worries - slight delays in shipment may occur due to, for instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for the customs of your country to check your package. Why have i only received 1 product when i ordered 2?
We deal with multiple third-party courier services, it happens rarely in some cases that the customer receives one product but not the other(s) because of the shipment through multiple courier services. But it happens rarely. If you face any such situation, just email us at

Why couldn't i complete my order because of "Zip code does not match" error?
This error typically occurs when the billing address entered does not match what is on file with your financial institution.
Firstly, please attempt your order again with updated billing information. Please be informed that you need to match your billing address correctly to the address which you have registered with your card issuer bank. This includes any formatting associated with applicable unit numbers, as well as requiring a full nine-digit zip code for some verification.
Secondly, be advised that every instance in which this error populates results in a pre-authorization, which will simply fall off and never post to your account. For getting the better support, please contact your issuer bank to figure it out.
Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order.
We will also send email to keep you updated frequently on your order status.
How can I change specification/ delivery address/ recipient for my existing order?

When will I receive my order?
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.
